Hi my name is Caitlin Grace and I am the mother of three beautiful boys, step mother to four gorgeous girls and grandmother to another 7 kids. Before you go thinking I'm old I am a mere 48 years of age! Why am I telling you this? Because I have crammed a lot of life experience into that time. I have been a solo mother , survived divorce and maitained a good relationship with my ex husband, blended two families together and raised them all with love and pride in themselves.
I love working with people to help them achieve their personal goals, to work on breaking down long term emotional blocks and eliminating limiting behaviours.
I also use several other modalities but I find that EFT is an essential part of most of my treatments as it is very powerful and effective.
I specialise in personal growth and development, reclaiming your personal strength and self-esteem, and divorce survival. I also run regular workshops and meditation classes.
I have been particularly successful with social anxiety, personal growth, attracting abundance and issues of self worth and deserving.
I have worked as a natural health consultant for 4 years and am passionate about alternative remedies for wellbeing.
I do a lot of work with chakras and visualisation in conjunction with EFT, which really helps clear old issues and break down old, destructive and negative thought patterns.
I am now specialising in intimate relationships and assisting people with their sex lives.
