| How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
Curiosity led me to attend an EFT workshop in 1997; fascination led me to seek more information and training. Skepticism gave way to a true awe. How could it be so quick, so easy, to do away with anxiety and other emotional problems, even long-term trauma? But, it DOES work! |
