How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
When teaching Fears Phobias and Addictions as a Kinesiologist Lecturer the balancing protocol was tapping the meridian points after identifying the key issue.
That was over 5 years ago and after doing over 200 self sessions and working with every issue imaginable incorporating EFT, i find it works well! |

I tap into the subconscious mind and believe this is more important that the tapping itself, many times i have worked with people who don;t like tapping or find it painful if they have fybromyalgia and i use a gentle form of EFT which works with the subconscious mind |
