A colleague worked with me during a high stress time while I was transitioning from my decades of work as an eating disorders and trauma psychotherapist into my new practice as a peak performance specialist. The EFT brought such calm and clarity in a high stress time. I used it on myself initially for my profound performance anxiety as a vocalist. I continue to use it for golf, singing, public speaking - you name it! I love EFT! |
