My extensive experience, compassiona dn intuition. I am very adept at holding holding a client safe as they walk through their process. I have been in the "helping professions" my entire adult life. I specialize in clearing all types of trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, poor self esteem and lack of self compassioin, perfectionism and self-sabotage. I am comfortable working with childhood trauma, generational trauma and beliefs that hold a client back from the joy in life. I particularly enjoy working with those who are ready and commmited to their personal change. |

I offer one-on-one EFT for teens and adults. I founded and created the EFT Gathering in Canada www.eftgatheringcanada.com I facilitate dynamic retreats using EFT and other Energetic Techniques. I teach EFT to Indigenous Community Counselling Organizations and to Mental Health Organizations across Canada. Schedule permitting, I also accept invitations to come to your location to teach EFT. |
