? A panel of Warriors Wellness coaches & practitioners will talk about volunteer work introducing EFT as a Life Skill to soldiers, veterans & their families at Joint Base Fort Lewis McChord.
? Anita Baines, MS, APRN, BC, a co-founder of Battletap.org will share what mental health professionals are learning from returning soldiers show us a new website designed for vets in their self application of EFT.
? Alina Frank, EFT Master Trainer & preeminent Matrix Reimprinting expert, will illustrate best practice techniques to use on warriors, law enforcement officers and first-responders who all live, work & experience trauma in their daily lives.
? Live Demonstration featuring a willing volunteer veteran who is currently experiencing symptoms of PTSD.Learn how we can help returning soldiers, veterans and their families recover from trauma. Warriors Wellness volunteers are introducing EFT as a new Life Skill to members of the military community at Joint Base Lewis McCord (JBLM). We teach a simple, easy-to-learn, easy-to-use drill that can help anyone deal with daily stress, pain and the effects of trauma. Trauma Tune-Up is a pre-requisite to serving on JNLM for the Warriors Wellness Project. This twice-monthly volunteer group is a great way to complete the 50 hrs of case files necessary for EFT Universe Certification.The Need: Troops serving in Afghanistan are returning to U.S military bases in droves. Over 42% of troops are self-reporting symptoms of PTSD while 58% insist on denial. More soldiers die from self-inflicted wounds than from combat. 22 veterans, (from all wars), commit suicide daily in this country. This is taking a terrible toll on the men, women, and the family members, who have sacrificed so much for our nation.
Who Should Attend? EFT practitioners, mental health professionals, chiropractors and body workers who feel the call to help trauma survivors. Veterans, military, and family members will benefit by learning about the extraordinary results we are getting by using EFT as an economical, drug-free intervention.
