How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
One of my t'ai chi students brought me a newspaper article about EFT in 2001. After reading it, I downloaded the manual from Gary Craig's site and read that, recognizing EFT as a form a qigong -- a technique for balancing the body's energy. The very next day I used it for a client whose severe PTSD went from a 10 to a 0, and then on my husband's longstanding sciatica, which also disappeared. |

I have a very strong intuitive sense that helps me get to core issues easily and quickly. My clients are usually surprised at how accurately I identify the deeper emotions that are disrupting their energy. After addressing the disruptions, I also work to transform the negative energy into a positive force, so that most of my clients end up laughing by the time we're done.
I have been teaching EFT Level 1, Level 2 and Practicum classes for several years and have many satisfied students who are now using EFT in their practices and for their own benefit. |

EFT is quite simply the easiest-to-learn, easiest-to-use and fastest way to balance your energy I have found in over 30 years of study! I think everyone should know how to do it, both to eliminate existing disruptions and to prevent new ones from forming from our everyday stresses. If nothing else, use EFT daily for stress and watch your life change! |
