| How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
I was introduced to EFT by my naturopath in 2007 when I was flat on my back with debilitating pain from degenerative disc disease. Physical therapy, walking, swimming, yoga and acupuncture were helping, however tapping completely healed and relieved my pain and I couldn't wait to learn and teach this amazing technique. |
