How I was first introduced to tapping: |
I was introduced to EFT through the GAIA social media site. Having been a coach and healer for over 30 years I am always interested in some new practice that makes the process of healing more effective and accessible. |

My strengths as a practitioner are: |
Delivery is everything. Engaging you with rapport, humor, lightness and a feeling of safety allows for the energy to start flowing and the spirit of releasing to be set free. I have many tools in the tool box and a rich spiritual background for those whose work on themselves is aimed at spiritual growth. |

Other Comments: |
My work can address specific issues or acute problems like a phobia or stage fright. I also can work more deeply on long-standing issues, childhood trauma, lack of self-acceptance and other limiting beliefs. Things that may require more time and different approaches. |
