EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES
Basic Workshop: Getting Started Successfully
Saturday, April 16, 2011, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Presenter: Bob Huffman, Psy.D.
If you have been looking for a way to take charge of your emotional and physical well-being, this workshop is for you!
- Have
you ever been angry, anxious, frustrated or upset and wished there were
a rapid and easy way to change how you think and feel?
- Do you have a fear (heights, public speaking, flying, elevators, etc.) that limits your enjoyment of life?
- Are there distressing memories that still bother you, even years after the event(s)?
- Would you like an easy way to diminish cravings (sweets, caffeine, bread, etc.)?
- Do
you wish there were a quick and easy way to get relief from aches and
pains (even chronic pain) without using drugs (or at least less often)?
The
Chinese have known for thousands of years that stimulating the body?s
energy system through acupuncture and acupressure can bring about
healing for a wide range of physical conditions. In the 1980?s and
90?s, two trailblazing men took those ideas a big step beyond. They
discovered that the body's energy system is the key to emotional healing
as well! The result is a healing tool called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
With EFT, relief is possible for all of the above--and much more!
While it sounds too good to be true, such results have been demonstrated
quite consistently by many thousands of people in the U.S. and around
the world. Check it out: For more information about EFT, go to www.eftuniverse.com.
In the morning you will learn the basics of EFT, and the art of using it effectively for a wide range of issues. In the afternoon, you
will experience the power of EFT. We will practice using EFT as a
group for a variety of issues--including physical pain/discomfort,
distressing memories, cravings, and fears. You will also learn from
one on one demonstration by the presenter. Personal privacy is
maintained as we practice because, as you will see, no one else needs to
know what issue you are working on. Relieving a fear or unpleasant
memory, as participants often do during our practice, would alone be
worth the price of the workshop. But that is just the beginning of what
you can accomplish with your new skills following this training.... My
workshops are relaxed and informal, and there will be plenty of time
throughout the day for you to ask questions. I want this workshop to
meet your needs.
Whether
your motivation is healing for your own issues, or a wish to help your
family and friends, EFT is a tool you will be glad you learned! Do
yourself a favor and sign up today!
