This workshop will provide you with a fast-track introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as well as the new Simple Energy Techniques (SET).
You'll learn how to use these powerful techniques to relieve emotional stresses, such as fears, phobias, stresses, sadness, hurt, and anger (among others) and also how to provide relief for some physical problems such as pain and headaches.
You’ll have a chance to practice and experience the techniques and have all your questions answered by Steve and Andy, two of the leading experts in the field.
This workshop can be completed separately as an introduction to these powerful techniques or added to the Values Intensive Workshop and/or Emotional Freedom for Men workshops that follow.
