Learn how to clarify your true values and clear values blocks and conflicts using EFT, Simple Energy Techniques (SET), and Provocative Energy Techniques (PET).
I intend to show you how to use Energy Techniques to detach some of your strongest emotional hooks, in the service of revealing what is behind those hooks – your true or ultimate values. This, I believe, is the key to your ultimately finding and living a life of meaning and purpose, and finding the pathways to your own happiness and inner contentment.
I can tell you that my personal work on values has been some the most meaningful work I have done in all my 46 years of living and 28+ years of learning and experimenting with personal change techniques, including (in the last 12 years) Energy Techniques like EFT, SET, and PET.
If you are a counsellor, helping professional, or Energy Practitioner, I can’t think of a more powerful set of processes to learn to help your clients.
I know from personal experience that learning to uncover and align your values is one of the most powerful things you can do to enhance your life.
