Class Description :

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES: GENTLE,UNCONVENTIONAL,ANCIENT,EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS.

This experiential workshop will expose participants to the world of subtle energy healing through EFT and Energy Psychology. EFT is emotional acupuncture without needles and involves tapping on specific acupoints while using focused affirmations and intention.  EFT is for those of us who suffer anxiety, depression, sadness, grief, sorrow or just neeed a boost to manage life, improve overall wellness and improve life's quality.  You will learn EFT, as developed by Gary Craig, and begin to tap into the wisdom of the body.mind immediately!

The workshop takes place in an idyllic setting in the lower Catskill Mountains.  Free yourself, not only with tapping through EFT, and, as you like it, with your enjoyment of yoga classes, pranayama, guided relaxation, meditation, sauna, forest walking, during peak autumn season.  CONNECT WITH NATURE.  CONNECT WITH SELF.  You will also enjoy 2 organic vegetarian meals each day.

The workshop is appropriae for professionals and those seeking personal growth.  CEUs are available. (see below)
