I really enjoyed this workshop. Its a really good combination of techniques to help people release their limiting beliefs and any blocks that are holding them back. It was also lots of fun. Bennie is very skillful and knowledgable and is an expert at what he does. He is also kind, compasssionate and a very good practitioner and teacher. I would really recommend this workshop to anyone, it could change your life.

I felt many changes had been affected around my limiting beliefs and my interaction with others the week after the Work shop confirmed this.

 I was looking forward to this workshop for weeks leading up to it as I just knew it would have some life changing effects on me and I am truly happy to say that I was not wrong! During these three days I worked through some real deep rooted beliefs and decisions, some of which I didn't even realise were there.

I also got to meet some amazing people of which I formed a fantastic connection.

Bennie is an amazing teacher and mentor of whom I hold the up most respect and affection. For anyone looking to make radical changes creating the life they want, I would highly recommend they take this workshop!

 Loved it! Good combination of different techniques to address the underlying attachment I had with the 'pain-body'. Whilst some of the processes appeared so simple I actively had to suspend the disbelief of my critical, judging mind & experienced many deep & powerful shifts in my Being.
