Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, developed by Gary Craig, engineer and minister, in the 1980s. He used the original work of Dr. Roger Callahan, MD, as a basis for developing this practical approach to emotional healing.
Combining the science of the body’s meridians of electrical energy with Mindful intent, profound emotional and physical healing results have been achieved time and time again.
EFT is not a spiritual practice but can be approached in a spiritual way. It is a practical method for finally silencing the hurts, both emotional and physical, past and present, which keep us from realizing our true potential.
Join us as Kelly guides us along the EFT Path from teaching us the beginning technique to developing a more advanced practice. Plenty of time for personal practice and individual guidance from several experienced EFT assistant practitioners will be included in this inspiring and illuminating day of healing.
