There are five stages of grief and inner child work triggers each and every one of them. This video is an overview of the third stage which is anger. One way to relate to anger is to see it as "truth unspoken." When we feel violated or unheard something erupts within us. The volume of our anger matches the degree to which we feel muted. When you feel violated, ignored or muted in any way in adulthood it can trigger the anger left over from childhood. If you can neutralize your anger and manage it then return to its origin in childhood you then have the option to move right into the 5th stage of grief which is resolution and acceptance.
