How your Thoughts Affect Your Weight


The majority of us , were never taught how to break patterns 
and habits that no longer serve us.

So now we throw bucket loads of time and money trying to fix our weight issues with the latest fad diet, or exercise gimmick 

We lose some weight .... only to find ourselves back at square one six months later, having regained the weight .... and more !

Have you ever found it difficult to lose weight?
Perhaps you've tried dieting ... or exercise ... or both ... and perhaps you lose some weight .... only to find it all comes back after a few months?

The right mindset is essential 
to getting the results you want 
.... and releasing your weight permanently

Actions
And our Actions based on
how we feel
Our Feelings are triggered by our
Thoughts
and our Thoughts are dictated to us by our
Programs or our Beliefs

need to change your internal programming or your beliefs

and you may get results for a short time 
.... however before long your results will almost certainly return 
to what your mind programs you to do, be and weigh.

Until you deal with the beliefs or the root cause of your weight issues,
 you will return to your 'default weight program'. 
( where your subconscious mind feels 'safe')

We need to get to the root cause, as to why you are overweight, and finally clear those beliefs and programs that are causing you to 
sabotage your weight loss goals.
