| How I was first introduced to tapping: |

I found www.emofree.com on the internet and was absolutely fascintated--it resonated. I downloaded all the free stuff and started using it immediately with great results on myself and with my friends. I became certified as an EFT Practitioner and EFT-Adv Practioner in 2006, and was trained by Gary Craig, founder of EFT in his Master's Bootcamp workshop in Denver, CO. I use EFT with all of my clients because it's so easy and effective. |

I’ve been there--In 1999, after struggling with compulsive eating, anxiety, depression, and my weight for over 30 years, I finally lost all forty-seven pounds and my entire weight problem. That was nearly 40% from my bodyweight. I went from a size 16 to size 6.
My specialty is with women who struggle with their weight, self-esteem and self-defeating behaviors.
I teach them the “missing links” to permanent weight loss and to attain the freedom and satisfaction they crave, inside and out.
My clients are attracted to me because I’ve been there and I embody and inspire the attainment of radiant health and peace that they seek. This is for women who seek a the joyful re-alignment of body-mind-spirit.
