| How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
I was looking for help when Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)was introduced to me. Two of my four children were suffering from severe allergies and asthma. While traditional Western Medicine offered temporary symptom relief, (I am grateful for that) it was not permanent. As my daughter's asthma got worse, even with medication, I realized that her prescription drugs were not intended to bring about healing.
A life of drug dependency and fear (asthma can be very scary) was NOT what I wanted for my children. I just knew there had to be another way.
I first worked with Reiki and Bach Flowers. Then I trained as a Natural Healing Practitioner. Then, Dr. Callahan's, "Thought Field Therapy" book crossed my path and pointed me to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). |

I do "Official EFT" and a variation taught by Dr. Sylvia Hartman. In addition, I'm able to do surrogate self-muscle testing to get to the beliefs underlying the emotions, traumas and false self-images to clear them with my own technique, the Ramos Clearing Technique.
I am also a student of A Course in Miracles and work with those that want to accelerate their spiritual growth using EFT.
