| How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
My brother told me about this powerful healing technique called EFT that he was using with some of his hypnotherapy clients. I was skeptical at first because it sounded too good to be true. However, after learning the technique and utilizing it on myself, I was able to prove to my satisfaction that EFT did, in fact, balance the energy system which allows healing to naturally take place. |
