A lovely woman was doing a cross-county bicycle ride and called for a Jin Shin Jyutsu session while her group was stopped in Santa Fe. Afer her session, we had lunch and I was telling her about a problem in my life. She asked the proverbial "Have you heard about EFT?" and that was that! |

| My strengths as a practitioner are: |

My ability to empathize, to listen and really hear what is being said (often times without the words being said) and help you heal with compassion and without judgment; to witness you; and when appropriate, to add humor to the situation.
I have a strong desire to work with people who are hurting in some way. I specialize in helping people find relief from grief, loss, trauma, and emotionally caused excess weight.
My sessions are often profound and will help you shift your energy very quickly. I guarantee that you will feel better after a session.
I've also done a remarkable amount of Law of Attraction work (mostly with Abraham-Hicks, the Communion of Light, Carol Look, Margaret Lynch, and Elyse Hope Killoran) in the past 10 years and weave that information throughout my sessions, as appropriate. I also, at times, incorporate TAT, a bit of Family Constellation Work, and the work of Debbie Ford, Byron Katie, Colin Tipping (Radical Forgiveness), Louise Hay, Mark Silver, and Sanaya Roman into my work.
I teach yoga and weave compassion through all of my work.
Several years ago, I went to an Abraham-Hicks workshop for health practitioners and they spoke about our primary job being to help soothe a person back into well-being. That's what I do well.

I'm passionate about helping people clear the past and feel better. Once that happens we can create the vision of a gorgeous future filled with well-being.
In addition to individual sessions, I offer one-day individual intensives and five-day retreats to help you complete the past and envision and create the inspired future of your dreams.
What makes my practice truly unique is that I'm one of the few people in the country combining Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ)and tapping. As I see it, the tapping helps remove the story from where it is trapped in the body and mind, and the Jin Shin Jyutsu then has an easier job returning the body to harmony and well-being. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a huge physio-philosopy brought to this country be my teacher Mary Burmeister (see www.jsjinc.net) that is not, but can most easily be described as, acupuncture without needles. When working with a client in person, I do a hands-on treatment after tapping. Over the phone, I can give instructions for self-help, a wonderful component of JSJ, or help find a practitioner in the client's area, to help deal with particular emotional or physical issues.
