| How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
Like many EFT practitioners, I first learned about EFT when the technique was used on me. The first time, EFT helped eliminate ice cream from my diet(my favorite food which can be found all over Boston in ice cream shops open year round). I was totally amazed that I no longer wanted, desired or craved ice cream! After several other examples of how powerful EFT is, I decided to study and learn all I could about this technique. |

I am an EFT practitioner specializing in physical and emotional stress related issues. I help people increase their performance and meet their goals. Ive been helping people overcome obstacles to meet their goals- such as, self esteem, procrastination, stress, and food issues. The perspective I have is to treat my client as a whole person. My favorite part is either seeing the change in a clients face or hearing the change in their voice at the end of the session to one that is less stressed and more full of joy. Its almost as if a huge weight has been taken off of them. I treat clients in person and on the phone. |
