| How I was first introduced to tapping: |
|
As a migraine sufferer, I had been used to using over-the-counter meds to help control the pain accompanying episodes. Some years back, during a hypnotherapy class, I felt an episode coming on and had no meds with me. My instructor, an avid fan of EFT, appled EFT and within three rounds, my headache was gone. Since then I not only became a believer, but a practitioner as well, to help others overcome pain, both physical and emotional. |

I have been practicing EFT for 5 years, initially on myself, then family and friends, and shortly after certification awards, on clients. |

I've worked with several hundred clients, a few with one session wonders. However, most of them return 2 to 4 times to process all the aspects that come up while working on the presenting issues. |

After classroom study and internship, I was awarded a certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I also have certification in EFT, EFT advanced, and Past-Life Regression. I have certification from the state of California as a Hypnotherapy instructor, as well as an instructor in EFT. |

I do my work as a general practitioner, with emphasis on controlling pain, stopping smoking and weight control. Other specialties include relationship issues, couples EFT, ED, libido issues, and sexual identity. I also work with addictions (alcohol, drugs), with the client's doctor |

| Do I do phone sessions: |

Phone sessions are done at the Client's convenience, from 9am to 8pm Pacific Time. I also instruct new EFT practitoners in methods of EFT phone sessions. |

If you suffer from chronic pain or have other health concerns and complaints join me the last Tuesday of each month, for a group evening of EFT, Hypnosis and Guided imagery. We will use all three processes to help alleviate your pain and send healing light to your illness. These group sessions are held at HCH, 3702 Mt. Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA, 94549.
