Hi my name is Caitlin Grace and I am the mother of three beautiful boys, step mother to four gorgeous girls and grandmother to another 7 kids. Before you go thinking I'm old I am a mere 48 years of age! Why am I telling you this? Because I have crammed a lot of life experience into that time. I have been a solo mother , survived divorce and maitained a good relationship with my ex husband, blended two families together and raised them all with love and pride in themselves.

I love working with people to help them achieve their personal goals, to work on breaking down long term emotional blocks and eliminating limiting behaviours.

I also use several other modalities but I find that EFT is an essential part of most of my treatments as it is very powerful and effective.

I specialise in personal growth and development, reclaiming your personal strength and self-esteem, and divorce survival. I also run regular workshops and meditation classes.

I have been particularly successful with social anxiety, personal growth, attracting abundance and issues of self worth and deserving.

I have worked as a natural health consultant for 4 years and am passionate about alternative remedies for wellbeing.

I do a lot of work with chakras and visualisation in conjunction with EFT, which really helps clear old issues and break down old, destructive and negative thought patterns.

I am now specialising in intimate relationships and assisting people with their sex lives.

My strengths as a practitioner are:
I have been an EFT practitioner for the last 4 years with incredible success. I have a Masters degree in Social Work and specialize in providing clients the tools to live life to the fullest. I am also a hospice social worker/grief counselor and have extensive experience with loss, pain management anxiety and PTSD. I love using EFT because it works so rapidly on suffering. Suffering can be defined as emotional and physical pain, but one can also suffer if they are not reaching their life's potential. I often work with terminal patients and the ones left behind, and the message I continually get is to live every day, every moment as if it is your last.

Yes, I do phone sessions. I live in a very rural part of California; it's often difficult to get to in the winter. Because of that and the wonderful convenience to a client I specialize in phone sessions. What’s really nice is, you can have an EFT treatment in the privacy of your own home, on time (no waiting in the waiting room) and no driving through traffic afterwards.

While I enthusiastically use EFT for everything, my particular strengths include working with people who are coping with:

It is interesting where life leads us. Earlier in my life it would never have occurred to me that I would be helping people with techniques and methods that were not even known about back then. My formal education includes a BFA from the University of Denver, an MA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and additional graduate work at the University of Phoenix. My work experience includes both teaching at the college level and a long career in corporate America.

While my education and work background are in entirely unrelated fields, I have always believed in and explored various means of physical and emotional healing. Although I was initially skeptical about it, my discovery of EFT turned out to be life altering. After achieving sometimes astonishing results both for myself and others, I made the decision to become a professional practitioner. It was through my EFT practice that I first learned about PSYCH-K®. I became even more convinced that EFT and PSYCH-K® are a powerful and unbeatable combination that can literally change the world, one person at a time.
