Affirmations
& EFT

Some people LOVE working with AFFIRMATIONS. And in
my book, hands down, the Affirmation Queen, is Louise Hay! Adding TAPPING to
your Affirmations can take them to a whole new level.

We use the set-up statement and tap on the Karate
Chop point when we want to acknowledge and clear a negative state. When working
with Affirmations, if you feel you have something blocking your Affirmation, you
would want to continue to include the set-up statement and Karate Chop
point.

For example:

Even though my weight is not where I want it to be
right now, I still fully love myself, just as I am.

[repeat 3 times].

Then you would move into your Affirmation as you
tap on each of the points.

For example: I am so grateful to be at my body's
ideal weight.

If you are just working on a straight Affirmation
and do not feel that there is a negative belief, feeling, or energy that needs
to be cleared first, you can go strait to the Affirmation.

In this edition's FREE tapping script, I am using a
positive Affirmation from "Messages of Life" by Marjo Duguay, entitled:
Welcoming Happiness.

Tapping
right thru the points:

[EB]
Divine love manifesting in me

[SE]
Divine love manifesting through me

[UE]
Divine love manifesting around me

[UN]
attracts all that I need for the

[CP]
greatest benefit of my soul.

[CB]
As I work to increase my inner light

[UA]
I become the emanation of love & joy

[TH]
Thus I reap the happiness and beauty

of all that I have sown.
