My client showed me a letter from her company announcing that they would no longer be honoring their severance package agreement with her.  My client said "and after I read this I got a really stiff neck and now have a crick in my neck and shoulder..." Of course she did...

A stock broker said he couldn't keep up with his clients' financial worries and constant phone calls asking him what's happening in the world economy -- after all, he had his own concerns about his family finances.  After a harrowing few weeks following the volatility of the stock market and feeling guilty that he was helpless to control the losses his clients were experiencing, his old "back problem" came back again. Of course it did...

Another client said she is so worried that her husband might lose his job that she's put on more than 5 pounds from emotional overeating. Of course she has...

These stories shouldn't surprise us. If there is no safe place to express and release our financial stress and worries, they can "show up" in our bodies.  It is critical that in turbulent times such as the ones we are living through that we have a way, a place and a method to express our fears, worries, and helplessness.  Otherwise, the emotional stress and conflict gets "downloaded" into and absorbed by our bodies.  EFT is of course one of the most efficient and satisfying ways to deal with these worries and pains.

Make sure you consult your physician to see if there are any medical reasons for your physical complaints that need attention, and then tap every day to help relieve your stress and worries about your financial life so your body will feel calm, you will sleep deeply, and you can still enjoy your life one day at a time.  Even though your physical symptoms are totally real and can be measured with sophisticated medical tools, many of these challenges start in the mind with worry and stress.

Try the EFT setup phrases below to get you started...

The EFT SETUP Phrases for this topic are as follows:

While tapping the karate chop spot on either hand, repeat these phrases out loud, (or change the words to fit your exact situation).

"Even though my feelings of helplessness about the future of my finances are showing up in my body, I deeply and completely accept my feelings and who I am."
"Even though I feel the financial stress and anxiety in my ______, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway. "

"Even though my financial worries seem insurmountable, and the stress is showing up in my body, I choose to feel calm and to think more clearly."

I have indicated where to tap while saying each of the phrases below. You may repeat the positive round more than once if you wish.
