I hate feeling stuck in any part of my life. Certainly, many of us have felt stuck in the all important area of financial abundance. I was very encouraged when someone reminded me that we are never truly stuck. We are always in motion. We just keep hitting the fast forward button followed by the rewind button over and over again, thus getting the same results. Even if we increased hitting the fast forward button by only 10%, we would feel a dramatic shift in our lives. And the good news is, of course, EFT is a premier tool for shifting the balance by relieving any conflicts about moving forward in any part of our lives.

Below you will find EFT Setup Phrases followed by two rounds (one negative and one positive) for this newsletter's topic, Feeling Stuck.

1. EFT SETUP PHRASES

The EFT SETUP Phrases for this topic are as follows:

While tapping the karate chop spot on either hand, repeat these phrases out loud, (or change the words to fit your exact situation).

"Even though I feel stuck in my life again and can't seem to attract abundance, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway."

"Even though I feel hopeless when I'm stuck in my life, I choose to consider moving forward."

"Even though I have been sabotaging my progress in order to stay stuck, I choose to resolve my conflicts about making progress."

I have indicated where to tap while saying each of the phrases below. You may repeat this round more than once if you wish. (Those of you who are new to EFT may view a chart of the spots on my web site under the EFT pages.)

***Now, for the phrases that focus on the problem***

Eyebrow: "I hate feeling stuck."

Side of Eye: "I can't believe I'm stuck again."

Under Eye: "I feel hopeless when I'm stuck."

Nose: "I don't know how to change."

Chin: "Maybe I don't want to change."

Collarbone: "I must have conflicts about moving forward."

Under Arm: "I can't believe I am stuck again."

Head: "Nothing ever moves me forward."

***Now for the positive focus on the solution***

Eyebrow: "I choose to get unstuck."

Side of Eye: "I love feeling that forward momentum."

Under Eye: "I want to feel safe moving forward."

Nose: "I am ready to embrace the success in my future."

Chin: "I am so happy that being stuck is a part of my past."

Collarbone: "I appreciate what I learned from being stuck."

Under Arm: "I deserve to be free and accept abundance."

Head: "I feel free to release this conflict about being stuck once and for all!"

2. RECOMMENDATIONS AND TIPS:

I highly recommend the following variation on the above tapping exercise.

After completing the above exercise, go back to the karate chop point and instead of repeating the original setup phrase I wrote out for you, ("Even though I feel stuck...") use the second person singular tense, you.

So the first setup phrase would be "Even though you, Carol (insert your own name), feel stuck, you deeply and compeltely love and accept yourself anyway."

Then when you tap all the points, insert you for all the "I's" that I typed out originally for you. For example, when you tap under the Nose, you would now say "You, Carol don't know how to change" rather than "I don't know how to change." Then at the Chin point instead of saying "Maybe I don't know how to change," you would insert, "Maybe you, Carol, don't know how to change."

Then try a third round, this time inserting the third person singular, she/he. For example, the setup phrase would read, "Even though she doesn't know how to change, she deeply and completely loves and accepts herself." Then at the eybrow point, you would say out loud, "She hates feeling stuck." And at the side of the eye, repeat "She can't believe she's stuck again."

This has been used for ages to "pump up" written affirmations and is a very powerful technique. Please give it a try...

Another Recommendation...

Since two of the most powerful exercises in my life have been the Gratitude Walk and the Gratitude List, both listed in my e-book, "Attracting Abundance with EFT," I am recommending that you keep a Gratitude List in a special journal for yourself this month.

Every day, morning noon or night, write a short list of everything you feel grateful for or what you appreciate. (Yes, it is just another version of the Gratitude Walk I recommended in my last newsletter.) Writing down what you feel grateful for is incredibly powerful. If you only had time for one extra technique a day, I would recommend this one. Purchase a special notebook for this exercise to communicate respect to yourself and for the process. You may spend anywhere from 3-30 minutes on your list. Make it real, and enjoy the momentum of positive energy.

Rules of the Game:

The only rule to this abundance game is as follows:

Never make it up---if you don't feel grateful for your spouse, your job or your friends today, leave them off the list.
