I've heard it said so often: "Well, I just didn't know what to say; I want to say the right thing." For me, tapping has always been about being in the moment. Whatever you say in the moment is the right thing. Thoughts and feelings are two sides of the same coin, really. So, either say what you think, or say what you feel, and tap. I've had a few frustrating experiences lately, where I didn't have words - just grunts and groans. So, I blustered and tapped, and then smiled and let it go without a word.
