| I'm often surprised by how effective a meridian tapping phone session can be. I'm not sure why I'm surprised. I mean I've done well over a hundred telephone coaching sessions, and they not only met, but often surpassed any expectations. So, what is it that makes phoning it in a good idea?

| I've heard it said so often: "Well, I just didn't know what to say; I want to say the right thing." For me, tapping has always been about being in the moment. Whatever you say in the moment is the right thing. Thoughts and feelings are two sides of the same coin, really. So, either say what you think, or say what you feel, and tap.
