Many women will know what I'm talking about when I say that there was a day last month close to my period when I just couldn't stand the slightest movement of my breasts. They felt heavy and painful, about a 6 on the 0-10 SUDS scale, so I tapped:

I went down to a 4 so I continued.

From the 4 I went down to a 2 on the right and a 0.5 on the L so I kept on going.
Even though I have this remaining pain in my right breast, I completely love, accept and respect my body.
Reminder phrases: Remaining pain in right breast.
My left breast's 2 went down to 0.5 so I left it at that as I had to go to work.
