How meditating and visualizing in Abraham-Hicks vortex helps me with my Energy Therapy practice. How I use it to balance my life.  By EFT Karen Hayes

Spirit tells me that they love to work with us on the physical plane. It truly is a joy for them. I am so thankful because before I stated to go to Spirit for help my life was overwhelming to me. I was always running around putting out fires. Life is so much simpler and joyful now. I want to share how my life has become simpler while it has also greatly expanded.     

First of all I put on my headphone and listen to songs that all elevate my

emotional state. “Enya’s” “Watermark, “Caribbean Blue” and “Boadicea” are three

of my favorites. I imagine a large whirling vortex spattered with fluffy clouds that start at the perimeter of my property from the earth stretching out to the far reaches of space.

I visualize walking out of my house and greeting and hugging the two centaur’s that protect my property and family. I also have troops of 1 foot tall heart people with wings on their backs that shoot arrows of love. Each one I assign to a family member, employee, associate, friend or client in need etc.

I quantum jump into my imaginary castle that sits directly above my house, inside the vortex. The castle has a giant “great hall” in the middle with lots of spirits, angels, Jesus, Abraham-Hicks, Amma, Mother Mary, Ernest Holmes, Mary Magdalene, a very long list, etc. I also have versions of myself from other dimensions who may embody knowledge or traits I need. Or I may gladly share one of mine with them. I greet and thank them all for loving me, sharing knowledge, directing my affairs.

All around this great hall are rooms of varying sizes. The first room I enter is for my family members and home. Many angels, spirits and guides are there. We send each family member love. Sometimes an Angel will tell me to give more attention and love to a particular family member or have a message for them they want me to relay. Other times I will ask if I may turn a problem completely over to them. I may ask for help, guidance, or a speedy resolution to a problem concerning my home and family. I send my heart people with wings on their backs that shoot arrows of love along with one of my girls if they are going on a trip etc.

Another room is where I discuss with Angels, Spirits and Guides one of our families businesses. We send love to all our employees and associates and physical locations of where we do business. I will ask if I may turn a problem completely over to them. I may ask for help, guidance, or a speedy resolution to a problem, help me with an employee or associate. Sometimes they give me a brilliant idea. 

Another room is for my Energy Work. Angels, Spirits and Guides help me send love to my clients. They may relay some information about a client that is very useful. Sometimes they teach me something I can use in my work. Lately they have been guiding me in creating my very own Energy Therapy I will launch soon.
