Almost every Thursday, I take my three-year-old granddaughter to a toddler’s swimming class. The first thing I noticed when we got to the pool was that “Jenny”, the swimming instructor, was not in the pool like she usually was. She was standing out of the pool and she wasn’t wearing her swimming suit, which was really unusual. I've been taking my granddaughter to these classes for 2 1/2 years, and I have only seen Jenny not in the pool one other time (when she had a bad cold).

When I reach out to a friend who is in need, I don't always know whether what I have done has helped. Some time ago we were visiting with one of my husband's old high school friends. "George's" bi-polar teenage son had committed suicide eight years before. George's son, who had shot himself in the family room, died in his arms.
We were vacationing with George and his wife at Big Bear. Even though I didn't know George very well, I could tell that he was walking around with a heavy heart. Aft [...] |

| Recently, I responded to this
request about someone having low back pain, and EFT not being able to make the
pain go away--all the way.
For more than 10 years, I have been
dealing with low back pain. There is no history of an injury, no
specific event that occurred at that time. I use pain meds occasionally, but
nothing strong. I've lost weight and that seems to help a little. When I use
EFT it helps, but never goes away. Some days worse than others. My set up is
"even thoug [...] |

Do you have a physical symptom that has recently occurred, and it coincides with a recent loss? So, if you have just lost your:
job
house
relationship
health insurance
And you have noticed a "new" physical problem, they may be connected.
This certainly is a time of uncertainty with people losing their jobs or their homes. EFT can be a powerful tool for these times of not knowing what is coming next.
What is important, in my opinion is to get to what is underneath a condi [...] |

| Today, it was a beautiful day in my garden. I noticed a pile of debris that I had stacked during the summer. There were dried artichoke flowers, sunflower heads and stems, burdock stalks and seeds in the pile, Blackberry vines and various other things I didn't want to put in my compost pile were also stacked in this pile of debris. There was just a slight breeze so I decided it would be a good day to burn it.
After I started burning the debris, and I used a pitchfork to toss pieces back onto t [...] |
