Today I had the privilege of being asked to lead a few rounds of tapping at the
first 2009 Tapfest - it was incredibly exhilarating and felt very
powerful!
I've included a version of the language I used below. If you're
ever feeling like the problems of the world are too big - I encourage
you to breathe deeply and imagine that you are the eyes and ears - and
extension of the planet. As you do, allow yourself to tune in deeply to
the feelings of the Earth. Tune in and have fun with it!
Karate Chop:
Even though there are parts of me that still feel angry, scared and
locked in struggle and scarcity, parts that are feeling so much pain...
I love and accept all my parts deeply and completely... I hear these
parts and choose to allow them to heal...
Even though there are parts of me that feel so trapped in struggle I
can't get my focus off all the negativity, I choose to know that deep
peace and confidence can be mine, I choose to transform all the fear
and worry
Even though there are parts of me that still feel powerless, angry,
fearful and trapped in struggle and feelings of scarcity... I fully and
deeply love and accept all these parts of me, and I'm ready to know
it's safe to know peace and abundance for everyone
Even though there are still parts of me that feel so powerless and
fearful, I choose to know its safe to transform these feelings into
trust, confidence and deep peace within... I ready to know it is safe to trust and believe in me...
Even though there are parts of me that are still so afraid and so in
pain, I choose to follow the wiser part of me - the part that knows it
is safe and right to trust myself deeply, and know on a deep level that health and well being are inherently mine...
Top of the Head: All these feelings of fear, anger and pain
Eyebrow Point: I choose to know deep peace and confidence anyway
Side of the Eye: All the negativity and fear
Under the Eye: I'm ready to transform these very real feelings into true hope and peace and abundance
Under Nose: All that's wrong in the world
Chin Point: I'm ready to focus on what's right, trusting that as I do this...
Collar Bone: I bring more of what's right into being
Under the Arm: Trusting that as I follow the wiser part of me, the part
that knows true prosperity and freedom is everyone's birthright...
Top of the Hand: I help bring this truth into everyone's experience
Wrist Points: Transforming all remaining fears and pain and worry and anger...
Top of the Head: Into deep trust and belief in me
